WEBSHOP
We are excited to offer our vessels for domestic or international sale, all pieces are designed, produced, and shipped out of our studio located in Rumford, Rhode Island by designers Abigail & Eric Smallwood. Products available on the web shop are made to specific dimensions but may have slight variations piece to piece, in both proportion and glaze application due to their handmade nature. It is our intention that each piece purchased and shipped be the closest representation of the product photographed.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Myrth provides domestic shipping within the United States via UPS Ground. Please contact us if you need a different/faster UPS shipping service or for international shipping options.
All In Stock and Ready to Ship items purchased through the web shop will be packaged within 7 days of purchase then carried by UPS for delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking, once your order has left our studio. Made to Order items will ship according to the lead time noted in the product’s description.
For orders under $500 we ship via UPS without a signature required upon delivery. For orders exceeding $500 we may require a signature for delivery.
Please note we require a detailed address with phone number for delivery and cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Handmade and fragile products can be expensive to ship, we've found using the delivery methods above ensures that each piece will arrive to you in its original condition at a fair cost.
When Made to Order products are purchased with in-stock items, we will wait to ship all items together upon completion of MTO products. If you need your in-stock items shipped immediately, just let us know via email.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, Myrth provides domestic shipping within the United States only.
RETURNED SHIPMENTS
In the case of undeliverable shipments or packages returned to Myrth without prior notice, a restocking fee of 30% of the order’s value will be deducted from the refund. For all reshipments of returned packages, a repacking and delivery fee (packing labor + courier expense) will be required and delivered via invoice to the receiver prior to reshipment.

MADE TO ORDER PRODUCT (MTO)
Some items in our shop are Made to Order which means Myrth will custom make these items for you, within a set window of time, and then ship after the item is completed. If an item is not Made to Order it is In Stock and Ready to Ship. The Made to Order or In Stock classification for all items is shown in the product description in bold.
Orders containing Made to Order (MTO) products which include dinnerware sets, custom product, trade orders, or wholesale orders are FINAL SALE and will not be accepted for return or exchange. In the case of damage in shipping, we will work with the recipient to have the item replaced in a timely manner.
When MTO products are purchased with in-stock items, we will wait to ship all items together upon completion of MTO products. If you need your in-stock items shipped immediately, just let us know via email - hello@myrth.us.
ORDER PICKUP
We offer Shop Pick-up for all online orders. We do this for a few reasons: to get your new Myrth to you quicker if you live locally, to meet our customers in person and share our studio with you, and to help reduce our environmental impact. Please note pick-ups must be completed within 14 days, otherwise we recommend having your items shipped.
By selecting pick-up at check out you are requesting that your items be held at our shop in Rumford for your in-person collection at a later date. When your order is ready for pick-up you will receive a fulfillment email that includes visiting instructions.
All orders must be claimed within 14 calendar days after we send the order fulfillment email. Items not picked up within this window may be considered abandoned and Myrth may refund your purchase amount minus a 20% restocking fee. If you are unable to pick up in 14 days time, please email us to determine the best delivery option.
Once the item is in your hands, we will not refund for any damage incurred in getting your item to its final destination.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Please note purchases of the following product types are FINAL SALE and returns or exchanges are not available:
All Made to Order products, sale or discounted items, trade orders, custom orders, fundraiser products, giveaway items, wholesale products, second quality/sample sale items, and all consumable food items, and candles.
RETURNS, EXCHANGE, CANCELLATION, & DAMAGED ITEMS
We accept item returns or exchanges of within 5 days after in-store purchase date, or within 5 days of UPS delivery date for online orders. We only accept returns for items that are in-stock. Made to Order items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
For returns, we will review each request and if it meets the correct criteria for return we will issue a refund minus original shipping service costs after each item is received at our studio in Rhode Island in its original condition. For exchanges, we may be able to swap your item for any in-stock item. We do not refund shipping service fees for returned or exchanged items.
Please note purchases of the following product types are considered final sale and returns or exchanges are not available: All Made to Order products, sale or discounted items, trade orders, custom orders, fundraiser products, giveaway items, wholesale products, second quality/sample sale items, and all consumable food items, and candles.
In the case of a return or exchange on a gift you have received, the item must be returned to Myrth in perfect condition to be eligible for exchange or return. Myrth will only exchange items for in stock items and will not make to order items for exchange. If the exchange results in difference in value, Myrth will refund the remaining value in the form of a gift card. Only after the item is returned to us in perfect condition will we issue a gift card for the item’s value.
If you decide you’d like to cancel an order from our shop after it has been placed, we can cease processing and issue a refund before the product has been shipped. After an order has been processed and shipped it is not possible to change an order in any way including shipping address, products ordered, item quantities, or glaze.
DAMAGED ITEMS
At delivery should you notice excessive damage to the exterior of the package or a jingling sound when shaking the box (e.g. broken contents likely), we recommend that you refuse the package from UPS and they will return it to us for assessment.
If any item is damaged during shipping please keep all packaging and the item. Then please email us immediately at hello@myrth.us with photograph of the damaged item & all packaging. Please include a full description of the damage in your email.
It is the recipient’s duty to report any damage upon delivery of any Myrth items. All claims must be emailed to Myrth within 2 calendar days of delivery or pick-up in store.
If you have received an item as a gift that was damaged, Myrth cannot refund or replace gifted items, as it is the responsibility of the purchaser to report damage to Myrth before delivering them to their gift recipient. If the gift item was shipped directly to you from Myrth then we may be able to refund or replace the item, please email us with the info noted above.
After review and confirmation of shipping damage by Myrth, if approved based on terms above, Myrth will ship a replacement product to you and process any shipping claims with UPS.
