ORDER PICKUP

We offer Shop Pick-up for all online orders. We do this for a few reasons: to get your new Myrth to you quicker if you live locally, to meet our customers in person and share our studio with you, and to help reduce our environmental impact from shipping. Please note pick-ups must be completed within 14 days, otherwise we recommend having your items shipped.

By selecting pick-up at check out you are requesting that your items be held at our shop in Rumford, RI for your in-person collection at a later date. When your order is ready for pick-up you will receive a fulfillment email that includes visiting instructions.

All orders must be claimed within 14 calendar days after we send the order fulfillment email. Items not picked up within this window may be considered abandoned and Myrth may refund your purchase amount minus a 20% restocking fee. If you are unable to pick up in 14 days time, please email us to determine the best delivery option.

Once the item is in your hands, we will not refund for any damage incurred in getting your item to its final destination.
